Perfectly Paisley

I fell for this dress the moment I set eyes on it!  It's funny how that sometimes happens and from previous experience I know that when it does I need to whip my card out there and then and place an order in case it sells out and I cannot get it out of my head for the next couple of months.  Sigh.  As you can tell I am talking from experience.  BUT that didn't happen this time because I did order it straight away and the very next day I was the proud owner of this pretty paisley number.  I adore paisley but unfortunately it's not a fabric I have much of.  It always seems to make it's way onto trousers or playsuits and not pretty little dresses.

I realise that these photos are not the most flattering of me and whilst all the cakes I have been eating recently have added extra padding round the hips the dress is actually very full and made from a lovely heavy cotton which gives it its really full shape.

Dress: Topshop
Ankle Boots: Vagabond @ Spartoo*

Same pair of black shoes again, my Vagabond wedges, think they are glued to my feet ;)  I have been looking for a pair of burgundy boots with a little chunky heel, anyone seen any pretty ones?  Maybe with some gold studs or a bit of fringing. No laces though, they take me too long to put on!

  6. I really want this dress and was just wondering; how is it for room in the boob area? I'm a size 8 but have larger boobs that are often squashed by size 8 dresses. However I don't want to size up and end up with a dress all baggy around the hips! Could you let me know what the fit is like if possible, and what size you've bought it in if that's something you're comfortable with sharing? THANKYOU! PS LOVEYOURBLOG KTHANKSBYE! x
