Coral Pop!

I've got a consultation to decide on the best way to remove my wisdom teeth today, wish me luck :(  I am currently swaying towards waiting until funding is available again in April and having it done in hospital so they can just knock me out.  I have had a tooth out at a dental surgery before and it was not a pleasant experience, my lovely old dentist said it was the worse extraction he has ever had to do. It was almost bordering on a comedy sketch with my dentist practically on my lap trying to remove the damn thing.  My mouth doesn't open that wide it's going to be awful just trying to get to my wisdom teeth in the first place :(  Needless to say I am a bag of nerves so put this gorgeous dress on to cheer me up:

Dress: Topshop

Isn't the colour just gorgeous?!  I am wearing Models Own Jade Stone and love the colours together.  The bodice and the skirt are actually the same colour in real life but the textures have made them appear slightly different.  The bodice is lace whilst the skirt is chiffon, the pleats make me happy!  I wish the underskirt was a bit longer though but I don't think this is that noticeable when I am wearing it.

I'm still toying with ordering the stripy Closet dresses that I posted earlier this month.  The only thing that is putting me off is the sizing and having to return them by post, that's just annoying!  Dorothy Perkins are currently offering 20% off all items using DPVIPD, valid til Sunday 27th so I am tempted...

What are you currently coveting?

  3. Ahhh I love the colour. There's a leather coral bag I want from Topshop that's just sold out on the website. You know when you REALLY want something but can't have it?! Free delivery at the moment and I have a sneaky fake NUS 10% off too.
    Here it is: http://www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=33057&storeId=12556&productId=2207777&langId=-1&categoryId=&searchTerm=leather%20lock&pageSize=20

  4. The shape and colour of that dress both look lovely on you! Coral is such a gorgeous year-round colour I think! (That sounds a bit weird but there are only certain brighter colours I'd wear in all seasons...but I am a bit strange so!)

  5. Oh dude, good luck at the dentist, my wisdom teeth are coming through, but they seem to have room, they've been coming through for about two years now maybe? I went to the dentist and he said I had room, probs cause I had 13 teeth out when I was younger due to an over crowded mouth, but like you if I had to have them out, some fucker would have to knock me out, no way I'd stay awake, I've never been awake, I'd punch the dentist lmao. ANYWAY....whole life story there sorry. I think I'd love to come and raid your wardrobe!! You must have SO many dresses, and I love dresses!! This colour is beaut! xxxx

  6. Love the colour of the dress! Good luck at the dentists! I've never had to have any teeth removed but the thought of it makes me cringe, oww! I'm coveting a pair of shorts from topshop, they're yellow and have a pattern all over them - but I'm not sure they'd suit me! xx

  7. aaaw Sarah! I hate the dentist so I hope it goes well. I had to have teeth removed before I had a brace when I was 11 and I kicked the dentist haha so they sent me to the hospital to have them out instead yaaay. My mam said the dentist was coming towards me with a needle and I just went mental and started to cry, what a big baby!
I like your bow belt, breaks up the block colour nicely
    xx

  17. Coral is my favourite colour to wear! I'm currently looking for a coral dress to wear to my bother's engagement party in March - can I ask what the dress is like at the shoulders and can I get away with bare legs (I'm quite petite).

  18. @LoveInTheCity it is sleeveless and goes down into a v at the back, if you click on the link under the photo you'll see topshops stock pictures which show it in greater detail. I would say it can be worn bared legged but it's not something I would ever do some I'm probs not the best judge xx
