I've got the blues

It's almost time to go back to work and I've got the blues already.  I want more time off!  My body clock is all over the place, I am wide awake at 4am and sleeping in til 2pm and my iPhone alarm not going off isn't helping matters.  To top it all off we took down our Christmas decorations and blitzed the flat today and it feels all bare.  I put on my gorgeous teal asos dress today to help brighten my mood

Dress: asos
Cardigan: asos
Bodycon Dress: H&M as always
Belt: No idea, sorry!

It actually has a peter pan collar though you can't tell from the other photos

I love the colour of this dress and the collar but the rest is a bit meh.  It came with netting which I had to cut out as it was too stiff for the thin lace to sit over without going all bumpy and looking weird AND you could see the black lace thru the gaps in the lacy pattern.  I think it could have done with another underskirt and the netting sitting inbetween the layers.  That would have worked.  I absolutely love this cardigan, it's so warm and snuggly and has extra long sleeves.  I bought it at the same time as the grey cardigan and also got it for half price so it was a bargainous £18.

I don't really make New Years resolutions but this year to coincide with starting my blog I aim to comment more on all the amazing blogs I follow and to try and tweet more.  I religiously read your blogs and my twitter feed but haven't gotten comfortable enough to put myself out there too.  I just feel that I never have anything interesting enough to say.  In keeping with this please follow me on twitter, my newly changed username is @amilliondresses, and let me know who you are so I can follow you back.
